::Steps::1. Heat 2 tbsp olive oil2. Saute sliced onions and cook for 3 minutes3. Mix in 500g of chicken (or your preferred protein) and cook until browned 4. Add vegetables (cauliflower, potato and carrot) 5. Coat all ingredients with the Butter Chicken sachet contents 6. Stir in 500ml passata, 300ml cooking cream, and 200ml stock* 7. Cover and lower the heat to simmer till vegetables are soft (about 5-10 minutes) 8. Add 3 tbsp butter and a dollop of greek yoghurt *200ml water + 1 tbsp chicken powder to make stock Super fast!
