This was a hit with the adults and kids, especially the unassuming pickled cucumber that whet up the appetite. We enjoyed how the grated ginger removed the beefy smell, and the whole dish was appetizing but not oily. With the rainy season coming on and off, the aroma of the ginger also brought much warmth to our taste buds.

Dinner was a hit with the kids! Sarah found it a little bland so she went ahead to sprinkle some Kombu Powder on her rice and had fun feeding her little brother while eating. Silas especially loved the corn. 😍 And I also realized these are the vegetables that she doesn't enjoy eating. 😂 Passed the test! This definitely serves as a comforting meal during the cold seasons. I don't have an exact recipe for this as it was mostly estimation and mood-based. 🤣⁠⁠For the stock:⁠1kg beef ribs, yellow onion, celery, peppercorns: pressure-cooked⁠⁠For the dish:⁠-Blanch noodles and beansprouts, set aside in a serving bowl⁠-Scoop desired amount of stock and bring to boil in a pot⁠-Add vegetables of choice (Tang-Oh)⁠-Add Kombu Powder and Mushroom Powder (1/4 teaspoon each) to greatly enhance the flavours -Once soup boils, add in beef slices and turn off the heat-Pour soup over noodles and garnish with spring onions, fried garlic, and pickled mustard (sour)...
