This definitely serves as a comforting meal during the cold seasons. I don't have an exact recipe for this as it was mostly estimation and mood-based. đ¤Łâ

For the stock:â
1kg beef ribs, yellow onion, celery, peppercorns: pressure-cookedâ

For the dish:â
-Blanch noodles and beansprouts, set aside in a serving bowlâ
-Scoop desired amount of stock and bring to boil in a potâ
-Add vegetables of choice (Tang-Oh)â
-Add Kombu Powder and Mushroom Powder (1/4 teaspoon each) to greatly enhance the flavours
