Rainbow Fried Rice


Dinner was a hit with the kids! Sarah found it a little bland so she went ahead to sprinkle some Kombu Powder on her rice and had fun feeding her little brother while eating. Silas especially loved the corn. 😍 And I also realized these are the vegetables that she doesn't enjoy eating. 😂 Passed the test!

Ingredients (serves 4-5 adults):
-3 cups of cooked rice
-1 tablespoon olive oil
-2 tablespoons sesame oil
-1 corn
-6 pieces of cabbage
-1/2 carrot
-1/2 red capsicum
-3 long beans
-1 clove garlic
-1/8 onion
-1.5 tbsp HAINANESE CHICKEN RICE POWDER
-Pepper
-1 tbsp sauce (optional)

1. Heat olive oil and stir fry carrot, corn, long beans, cabbage, capsicum (take note of different cooking times)
2. When the vegetables are almost cooked, add in onion and garlic till fragrant
3. Season with Hainanese Chicken Rice Powder & pepper
4. Add rice and fry till everything is mixed evenly
5. Add sesame oil
6. Scoop out baby's portion
7. Add light sauce to taste
8. Serve with a sprinkle of Kombu Powder
