A very basic and simple radish soup recipe that needs no introduction. The only thing with brewed soups is that the ingredients always get thrown away, instead of being eaten, so I like to use powders to reduce the "wastage". Ingredients: 1 tsp Scallop powder 1 tsp Mushroom powder 1/2 Radish 1 Carrot 300g Chicken bones 1 tsp Peppercorns 4 Red dates 1 tsp Wolfberries 6 cups Water Method: Add all ingredients into a pressure cooker. Pressure cook for 20 minutes. Serve hot.
