Tamagoyaki

I was quite stoked to find out that I could make Tamagoyaki with just a normal frying pan! If you can tell, I'm not a very good cook, mostly experimental only because you all have been very encouraging. đâ

Ingredients:â
2 Eggsâ
Small slice of red capsicum (chopped)â
Handful of sesame seedsâ
1/4 tsp Mushroom Powder
1/4 tsp Kombu Powder
1/4 tsp Spinach Powder

Method:â
1. Beat eggs and add ingredientsâ
2. Brush wok with oilâ
3. Add 2 ladles of mixtureâ
4. Once the edges are cooked, start rolling it up and leave a small sectionâ
5. Continue to add 1 ladle of the mixture and roll when the edges are cookedâ
6. Garnish with sesame seeds
