I was quite stoked to find out that I could make Tamagoyaki with just a normal frying pan! If you can tell, I'm not a very good cook, mostly experimental only because you all have been very encouraging. 😁⁠

2 Eggs⁠
Small slice of red capsicum (chopped)⁠
Handful of sesame seeds⁠
1/4 tsp Mushroom Powder
1/4 tsp Kombu Powder
1/4 tsp Spinach Powder

1. Beat eggs and add ingredients⁠
2. Brush wok with oil⁠
3. Add 2 ladles of mixture⁠
4. Once the edges are cooked, start rolling it up and leave a small section⁠
5. Continue to add 1 ladle of the mixture and roll when the edges are cooked⁠
6. Garnish with sesame seeds
