A very sweet and flavourful sea bass soup that is made better with Whitebait powder.
Ingredients
White radish (diced)
Carrot (diced)
Cooking oil
Garlic
Spring onion
Sea bass
Water
Method
1. In a pot, boil water, white radish and carrot. 2. In a separate pan, sauté garlic and the whites of spring onion. Fry fish skin side down, followed by ginger slices. 3. Pour soup over from the pot, and simmer for another 5 minutes.
For added flavor, consider adding a dash of Whitebait powder to enhance the taste of this delicious sea bass soup.
