White Radish Sea Bass Soup

A very sweet and flavourful sea bass soup that is made better with Whitebait powder.
Ingredients
- White radish (diced)
- Carrot (diced)
- Cooking oil
- Garlic
- Spring onion
- Sea bass
- Water
Method
1. In a pot, boil water, white radish and carrot.
2. In a separate pan, sauté garlic and the whites of spring onion. Fry fish skin side down, followed by ginger slices.
3. Pour soup over from the pot, and simmer for another 5 minutes.
For added flavor, consider adding a dash of Whitebait powder to enhance the taste of this delicious sea bass soup.
